What is Wc3Borderizer?

Wc3Borderizer is an application for creating default warcraft 3 icons. You upload your picture (of any size) and Wc3Borderizer creates standard wc3 64x64 icons by adding borders and shading where appropriate. Read this if you want to know How to import wc3 icons
BLP Icons use palette indexing and are always 6,641 bytes in size. They work both on Windows and Mac.
